For District 43, Utah House of Representatives
I encourage voters to think “outside the two-party box” and seriously consider voting for me and other United Utah Party candidates. Our success will cause Utah’s political establishment to take notice.
The Leadership Utah Needs Right Now
I have lived at my current address in West Jordan for the past 27 years. I have lived in Utah continuously since 1976, living in Salt Lake City and Magna before moving to West Jordan. My wife Pamela and I have been married 47 years and have three children (one deceased) and four grand-children.
I graduated from Brigham Young University with a B. A. in Political Science. I worked 34 years for the Utah Department of Workforce Services (formerly Employment Security), mostly as adjudicator, compliance auditor, and program specialist in the Unemployment Insurance Division. I retired in 2010.
I have served my community in various volunteer capacities over the years. While living in West Jordan, I have served on the city’s Board of Adjustment, General Plan Committee, and Design Review Committee. In the past, I have been a county and state delegate and precinct chair of the Republican party. I have also served on Boards of Directors of an employees’ credit union and (presently) of a Home Owners Association.
